TableGrab (the browser extension, these web pages and TableGrab Pro) is made and operated by Colin Bishop, a sole trader trading as “TableGrab” (“we”, “us”). When you use TableGrab you are agreeing with us to these terms. Contact: pagepingapp@gmail.com.
By installing or using TableGrab, or buying TableGrab Pro, you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TableGrab. Continued use after we update these terms means you accept the updated version; we'll change the effective date above when we do.
TableGrab finds tables on the web page you are viewing, when you click it, and copies or downloads the table you choose in formats such as tab-separated text (for Excel and Google Sheets) and CSV. The free version works on tables of up to 100 data rows (larger tables can be copied up to their first 100 rows). TableGrab Pro is a one-time purchase (currently US$15) that unlocks the features listed in our pricing section: unlimited rows, Excel .xlsx download, Markdown and JSON copy, clean-up options and exporting several tables at once. It is not a subscription.
Limitations: TableGrab only works on normal web pages in Google Chrome (and Chromium-based browsers that support Chrome extensions). Chrome doesn't allow extensions on some pages (such as chrome:// pages and the Chrome Web Store). Websites build tables in many ways, so TableGrab may not detect every table or may need you to check the result. TableGrab does not crawl websites, follow links or collect data in the background.
When you buy Pro you get a license key for your personal use. You may activate it on the browsers you personally use. You may not share, resell or publish your key. We may revoke a key that has been refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently or shared publicly.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown before you pay; Paddle calculates and adds any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
You agree not to use TableGrab:
TableGrab, its code, name, logo and website are owned by Colin Bishop. These terms give you a licence to use TableGrab; they don't transfer ownership.
We work hard to keep TableGrab reliable and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every table will be detected or converted perfectly. Please check important data after copying it. Chrome or websites may change in ways that affect TableGrab.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, TableGrab is provided “as is”, we exclude all other warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for TableGrab Pro (or, where permitted, resupplying it). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss caused by relying on copied data without checking it.
You can stop using TableGrab at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or revoke a Pro license for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a refund or chargeback, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections of the law where you live.
